Orders are accepted from within the Continental US only. International orders and P.O.BOX ship-to address orders will not be processed.

All of our orders are shipped using UPS Ground. From the time products are shipped, delivery generally takes about 5 business days or less to anywhere in the Continental US. Since all of our orders ship using UPS, you will always receive a FREE tracking number by email to track your order as soon as your product(s) ship out. 

Shipping costs are the same wherever products are being shipped to. They are also simple to calculate:
$5.95 + $2.00 per item ordered.

Example 1:
If you order 1 item, the cost is $7.95 ($5.95 + $2.00)
Example 2:
If you order 2 items, the cost is $9.95 ($5.95 +$4.00)
...and so on 

We utilize more than one central warehouse. Therefore, if your order includes two or more different products, there is a possibility that they may arrive in more than one package. Nonetheless, your shipping costs are the same. Your order will be shipped as soon as we receive payment; this is generally less than 5 business days from the time your order is placed.

Some software is also available as a Download. If you choose to download software, you will receive a license key and download instructions by email as soon as your payment is processed. Downloaded software incurs no shipping charges.
