My customers are very specific. They are Windows XP users and want simple software that just lets them talk to type, and they speak English clearly.
Anything different would require more features, more this, and more that. Unnecessary stuff that only complicates things and takes up space on a computer.
By eliminating everyone other than my core customers, I can offer a simpler, better product. The math is easy: you can satisfy a small group's needs better than a large group's needs. Better to do something well than half way.
